We are very excited to share all we have been doing over the month
The Youth Centre
The walls are beginning to be filled with various bits of colouring and art work by the young people. The window graphics look great and no one can now say they don’t know who or what we are!! We now have a PowerPoint of beautiful pictures and quotes from the Psalms we can display on the TV and we have an Xbox which we use in some sessions. It has already drawn in some young people who have not come in before!
St Matthew’s Church
Berti has started supporting St Matthew’s youth group on a Tuesday evening. He has had some great conversations about life and faith with those who have come and the church are very grateful for our help.
Unite in the Wild
The first Unite gathering is on the 9^th October at Adamswell Camp Site in Langton Green. We have nearly 60 young people signed up from a good number of different churches. We look forward to telling you all about it in the next newsletter.
Temple Grove
Berti has 3 new year 6s to mentor and is around over Wednesday lunchtime for any pupil to chat to him.
North Kent College (previously West Kent)
Karen and Berti had a great morning at the Fresher’s fair. We were well received and we gave out lots of information about Berti’s chaplaincy role.

- Give thanks for the Youth Centre and pray that more young people would come in and we would find some more drop-in volunteers.

- for the good news to be received and accepted
- Pray for Berti in his chaplaincy roles in the schools and colleges
- Give thanks for the churches where Karen has been able to give a presentation and pray for more supporters for our work.
