The term continues to be busy in all our different settings.

Hungry students accept toast outside The Youth Centre while others come in for cake, games and a chat.

The groups at Skinners Kent Academy and The Skinners School are going well.  Both groups enable students to ask big questions and explore who Jesus is.  The groups have young people from a variety of backgrounds and faiths.

We celebrate our 1st anniversary of monthly Unite Youth on 14th June.  Unite has continued to draw young people aged 11-18 from many local churches together for games, workshops and inspiring speakers. After feedback we introduced a space for year 10 and above and are continually developing ideas to make the evening even better.

Unite in the Wild returns on 13th July – a day full of outdoor activities culminating with a barbecue.

We hold our 2nd Deeper on 22nd June on the topic of The Holy Spirit.  We have speaker from St Mellitus college plus workshops in small groups.  Now we just need young people to sign up!
We  welcomed two new team members recently.
Charlie Hill has joined the trustees and Jana Williams is now running our social media output.  We are very grateful to them and others who support the work of Tunbridge Wells Youth for Christ.  We are still looking for more volunteers in The Youth Centre on  a Friday afternoon (3:15 – 5:15pm)  Head over to our website if you think you could help.
