As we near Easter, we reflect on Jesus’ ultimate act of love on Good Friday – enduring suffering and giving His life for us. His sacrifice brings forgiveness, hope, and renewal. Wishing all our young people a happy and refreshing Easter holiday!

YFC MENA (Middle East, North Africa) update

Earlier in March, war erupted in Iran, sparking a rapid chain of retaliation impacting the region.

Please join us in praying for all those affected in the region, especially the YFC Staff and the teenagers they support.

March at the Youth Centre

We explored temptation and discussed ways to overcome the things that tempt us.

We’ve been reflecting on what New Life in Jesus means. If you’ve walked by, you may have seen a beautiful window display celebrating Spring and renewal! A big thank you to the wonderful Lesley and everyone who contributed!

We’ve also been creating a visual picture of our community. Young people have been invited to add a flag indicating where they live, which school they attend, and where they are involved in church. It’s been wonderful to see where our regulars come from, and it’s also helping us connect with local youth groups for those who aren’t yet involved in church.

We got our hands busy making crosses from palm fronds! It was awesome to chat about the meaning of Palm Sunday while everyone supported each other through the process. By the end, everyone had their own palm cross.🙌

Unite Youth ~ 13th March 2026

We had a fantastic evening at Unite Youth on Friday. 34 young people joined us for fun games, a collaborative art project, and a Bible study on the Beatitudes led by Savanna.

Aaron from The Message Trust spoke about the Trinity – God as relational love – and we were thrilled that 9 young people chose to follow Jesus that evening!

The Noise 2026

We are counting down to the Noise 2026 hosted by St James’ Church this year from 15th to 17th April.

🚶‍♀️Walk 2026🚶‍♂️

This year’s annual sponsored walk is happening earlier than usual – on Saturday 30th May 2026. We’ll be walking from Rochester Cathedral to Bessels Green, near Sevenoaks – our newest church contact.

We’re raising funds for growth: more young people are opening up to the gospel, and we want to provide more Christian Unions, debates, Ask Me Anything events, discipleship groups after the café closes, and opportunities for decisions at Unite Youth.

Making this happen means a larger, paid team working longer hours, which costs more! Your support helps cover everything from a youth journaling Bible (£20), running a Christian Union (£40), an After Hours discipleship session (£25), Unite Youth core costs (£200/month), a leader attending Satellites camp (£150), to transporting everyone there and back (around £1,000). Plus, we’re going through more toast, cake, and Bibles than ever!

Join us, sponsor a walker, or donate online, and help us grow youth work and reach more young hearts, because we cannot do this without you.

Please donate here.

PLEASE PRAY FOR:
